AU invites applications for 41 assistant professor positions

Acharya Nanda Dev College at the University of Delhi invited applications from eligible applicants. The university has created 41 assistant professor positions on a permanent basis. Those interested can apply through the college’s official website. The last date to apply is June 8, 2021.

* A master’s degree with 55% of marks in the subject concerned. A five percent relaxation will be granted to applicants in categories SC, ST, OBC and with different abilities. In addition, doctoral graduates who obtained their master’s degree before September 19, 1991 will benefit from a reduction of 5%.

* Applicants must have passed the national eligibility test conducted by the UGC.

* Applicants must have a doctorate from a foreign institution ranked among the top 500 in the world university ranking.

Those selected will be offered a salary according to academic remuneration level 10 of the Seventh Remuneration Committee matrix with an entry salary of Rs 57,000 and other allowances as per UGC / DU standards.

Unreserved category or OBC / EWS categories will have to pay 500 Rs as an application fee at the time of submitting the form.

SC, ST, PwD and Applicant categories do not have to submit a fee.

Applicants can apply on the official website. Meanwhile, the University of Delhi has suspended online classes until May 16 due to the surge in coronavirus cases.
